Hi, I'm Megan.
Behavioral therapist, podcast host, and mom who knows the hard days are real — and survivable.
I've spent years studying why teenagers do what they do — and then I became a parent of one. Let me tell you: the theory hits different when it's your kid.
I'm Megan Rosselot. I have a Master's in Education, and I work as a behavioral therapist. I also host a podcast called The Behavior Project, where I talk about parenting, faith, teen behavior, and the messy middle of family life.
Here's what I believe: your teen isn't giving you a hard time. They're having a hard time. And most of the strategies parents reach for — punishment, lectures, taking things away — weren't designed for the teen brain. They were designed for younger kids. Or for compliance. Not for connection.
I started The Behavior Collective Academy because I wanted to take what I know from behavioral science and my own faith — and make it actually usable for parents in the thick of it. Not textbook stuff. Real scripts. Real frameworks. Real conversations.
I grew up with undiagnosed learning disabilities. I know what it feels like to be misread, misunderstood, and written off. That experience shaped everything about how I work with families now. I'm not here to judge your parenting. I'm here to help you understand your kid — and yourself.
These guides and courses aren't perfect. But they're honest. And they're built for the parents who are trying, even when it's hard.
If that's you — welcome. You're in the right place.
